Kitchen worktop colours should compliment the floor colour and not exactly match it. If we do so we would give our kitchens a very monotonous appearance. If your floor is dark coloured, you must choose granite worktops that are lighter in colour and if your floor is lighter than choose dark shades of granite worktops to make your kitchens more appealing.
